OSU-250046 Evans Lab 1969 Addition Demolition
Complete demolition of north wing of Evans Lab, the 1969 (northern most) addition of the facility. The remaining site will become temporary green space.
Utilities serving adjacent wings will be maintained, including but not limited to natural gas, heating and domestic hot water, steam, domestic cold water, electric, fire alarm and ERRCS systems, and will be capped/terminated at appropriate locations to allow for re-use in subsequent project phases.
A metal panel wall enclosure and interior hollow metal doors will be added to the remaining facility.

Derby Hall: Replace existing MCC with new MCC in same location in room 0010M.
Dreese Lab: Replace (2) existing MCCs with new MCCs in same locations. (1) In room 036M & (1) in room 936M.
Research Center: Replace (3) existing service entrance unit-substations with new service entrance rated double ended switchgear with tie breaker and (2) exterior primary transformers. Replace existing feeders and electrical distribution equipment throughout the building.
