(REBID) OSU Lima Campus: The project includes upgrades to the Reed Hall chilled water plant. The existing 150 ton water-cooled chiller and its associated chilled water pump, cooling tower, condenser water pump, and piping will be removed. The existing system will be replaced with a new air-cooled chiller, new primary and secondary chilled water pumps, and a new plate and frame heat exchanger.
