Derby Hall: Replace existing MCC with new MCC in same location in room 0010M. Dreese Lab: Replace (2) existing MCCs with new MCCs in same locations. (1) In room 036M & (1) in room 936M. Research Center: Replace (3) existing service entrance unit-substations with new service entrance rated double ended switchgear with tie breaker and (2) exterior primary transformers. Replace existing feeders and electrical distribution equipment throughout the building.

Description West Campus Infrastructure Phase 1- Provide infrastructure to support west campus facilities.

The project consists of renovating the 7th and 8th Floors of the Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care Tower, part of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The 7th Floor will be renovated in Phase 1, and the 8th Floor will be renovated in Phase 2. Existing finishes, fire protection, mechanicals, power and lighting will be modified in the areas of work. Additionally, a new air handling unit will be provided and installed in the mechanical room on each floor.
