Building. The improvements will include renovations and
expansion to the North Entry Lobby X100L (existing area
761 SF plus the expansion to the west into Suite 116 to add
an additional 260 SF) equating to a new 1,021 SF
Lobby/Waiting Area to accommodate Suite 100, the
remainder of Suite 116 will be utilized as a Staff Lounge
equating to 260 SF, an ADA Restroom of 80 SF and a
Janitor Closet of 28 SF. Suite 100 (area 4,235 SF) which will
