Replace the (2) existing fire alarm systems in the building with (1) fire alarm system. The existing fire alarm systems are by different manufacturers and cause confusion during alarm. The existing fire alarm systems will be replaced in a manner that minimizes coverage outages, however, fire watch will be required and provided by the University. Existing device locations will generally be reused, and additional devices will be provided to meet current University standards and codes.

This project will replace the chiller.

Rhodes - Public Restroom Renovation 450 W 10th Avenue, This project will renovate the restrooms in the lobby of Rhodes and the 5th floor atrium in Rhodes.

This project will update various operating rooms and adjacent scrub rooms with new scrub sinks, medical booms, HVAC duct sealing, and the addition of integrated AV equipment to a select group of ORs.

Orton Hall: Project consists of replacing the existing service entrance switchboard with a new service entrance panelboard, replacing existing distribution panelboards and their feeders, and providing exterior egress lighting. Meiling Hall: Project consists of replacing the existing MCC with a new MCC of the same size, providing emergency egress lighting throughout the building via a new central battery inverter, and replacing existing exit signs and adding new exit signs.
