The demolition and hazardous material abatement of the original steel and plate glass window system and wood window units on three levels.
The replacement of windows units. System consists of clear glazing sections with single-hung vinyl windows.
The temporary removal and reattachment of existing window treatments including blinds and shades.
The patching of interior finishes adjacent the replacement window units including painting touch-up, aluminum break metal trim where applicable.
Replacement of existing AC window Units with a standardized unit.
Replacement of gutters and downspouts storm water drainage systems.
Patching and painting of exterior parged concrete, CMU walls, hollow metal doors and frames, and woodwork.

Marion Campus: This project consists of upgrading existing roadway, parking lot, walkway, building mounted, and landscape lighting on the OSU Marion / Marion Technical College Campus to new LED fixtures. This upgrade includes replacing some of the associated light poles as well as controlling all of the new pole mounted lights with the campus's existing lighting control system. The rest of the project scope includes the replacement of a boiler system at the Alber Student Center and the addition of a new air terminal unit (VAV box) at Bryson Hall, Room 199A.

Marion Campus: Repair and replacement of asphalt drives and parking areas throughout the Marion Campus. Alternate 1 will construct a bike path near University Drive and SR 95. Alternate 2 will repair the existing staff parking lot 4. Alternate 3 will remove and replace a portion of the campus loop on the west side. Alternate 4 will remove and replace a portion of the campus loop on the east side. Alternate 5 will construct a pedestrian bridge in the northeastern corner of campus. Alternate 6 will provide unit pricing for a 10’ long 10’ wide bike path. Alternate 7 will expand parking lot 3.

First floor scope: Renovation of approximately 17,000 sf including Molecular Pathology Lab, offices and support spaces. Also included are locker/change room, kitchen/break room and minor restroom/shower upgrades.
Second floor scope: Approximately 11,000 sf for a lactation room upgrade and new electrical drops for systems furniture to accommodate new workstations.
Exterior work is limited to a new egress door in an existing storefront system and associated concrete pad.

REBID OSU-150010 - The Project consists of providing a new addressable, manual fire alarm system in Math Building and Cockins Hall, abatement of asbestos containing material and the replacement of those materials in the project buildings, and associated architectural patching and finish work, and the demolition of the existing fire alarm systems in the buildings. The project also includes a complete renovation of the 4th floor of Cockins Hall, including a new HVAC system, electrical upgrades, floor plan changes, and structural steel reinforcement for support of a new fire-rated ceiling.
