Newark Campus: Replace the two Kewanee heating hot water (HHW) boilers and make improvements to the HHW pumping and piping arrangement in the boiler room.

OSU Main Campus: The Kunz-Brundige Franklin County Extension Building will be a newly constructed single-story, 10,475 square foot building located on an agriculture site. It will house offices, a multipurpose room, a gardener’s lab, a demonstration kitchen, pantry, and support spaces. A sloped green roof with deep overhangs will direct storm water runoff to a landscaped basin adjacent to a partially paved parking lot.

The scope of this project is to replace existing antiquated Autocall and Simplex Grinnell fire alarm system components serving Rhodes hall at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The primary fire alarm system serving Rhodes hall is a Simplex Grinnell 4100ES system. Existing antiquated system panels, initiating and notification devices connected will be replaced as identified on drawings.

This project will upgrade and replace elevator controls and cab interiors.

Wooster Campus: Project includes new construction of the Centralized Farm Operations Facility and the Grace Drake Learning Laboratory Facility.
