Project consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, with all ways and means necessary to replace the existing MRI equipment with a new equipment manufactured by Siemens Medical Solutions. Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing equipment, removal of existing chiller and piping and installation of new chiller and piping, addition of quench vent cap, partial removal of existing abandoned quench vent, patch and repair as required including roof doghouse, new humidification system, modifications to mechanical and electrical as shown throughout the drawings and specifications.

OSU Marion Campus: The project scope includes the renovation of the third floor of Marion-Morrill Hall. The peroject will renovate 19,100 SF for new faculty offices, classroom spaces, and student spaces. Existing partitions, doors, finishes, ceilings, and MEP systems will be removed.

This project will reconfigure approximately 50 door operators that continue to function when the fire alarm system is activated.

OSU-150010 Fire System Replacement BP2 - Cockins Hall 4th Fl Renovation The Project consists of providing a new addressable, manual fire alarm system in Math Building and Cockins Hall, abatement of asbestos containing material and the replacement of those materials in the project buildings, and associated architectural patching and finish work, and the demolition of the existing fire alarm systems in the buildings. The project also includes a complete renovation of the 4th floor of Cockins Hall, including a new HVAC system, electrical upgrades, floor plan changes, and structural steel reinforcement for support of a new fire-rated ceiling.

Rhodes Hall - This project will combine rooms S268 and S264 and upgrade equipment to create an IR suite to accommodate multi-modality imaging.
