The project includes the replacement of the main fire alarm control panel in the same location as the existing and replacement of all fire alarm initiation devices in the same locations as the existing. The base bid project consists of the abatement and demolition of six (6) complexes, construction of a new road between Fred Taylor Drive and Olentangy River Road complete with installation of the entire storm water infrastructure as shown on the project plans and documents. The project is located in the heart of the Athletic Campus, near the Woody Hayes Athletic Center and the varsity Tennis Center. The project shall intend to service the necessary traffic and storm infrastructure required for future development and renovation of existing buildings in the area. The storm infrastructure is vital to the project and shall be installed in its entirety including areas shown in phase I and phase II. Phase II work includes abatement and demolition of six (3) complexes and completion of the construction of the new road in Phase I.
