Masonry Wall Repair – Brick Veneer: The project includes repairs to the exterior masonry façade at the corners of 3 academic buildings on the campus of The Ohio State University (Smith Laboratory, Bolz Hall, and the Animal Sciences Building). This project is a fire alarm upgrade at Orton Hall and 1315 Kinnear Rd. The project includes the installation of a new addressable / programmable ADA compliant voice fire alarm system in each building. The systems will include all new panels, devices, pathways and wiring. The existing fire alarms systems in each building will be removed completely. Each building will be provided with a new DAS-ERRS system.
