The project consists of the removal and replacement of the South Neil tunnel roof, removal of abandoned utilities, and the inspection and patching of tunnels located underneath building footprints. The Project will also construct new steam and condensate and chilled water supply and return lines within the South Neil Tunnel. The project includes recording the pipe interiors via video camera, with removal of existing blockages where found.
