REBID - The project consists of the investigation of approximately 88 existing sanitary stacks to determine condition of existing piping. The project includes recording the pipe interiors via video camera, with removal of existing blockages where found. At some locations containing multiple stacks, the stacks will be combined into a single branch to the main in the tunnel. Project includes hazardous materials abatement.

Enarson – 4th Floor Office. This project will renovate the office spaces of the 4th floor.

OSU Ross Heart Hospital ACC Exam Room Oxygen Unit Interior Upgrades to plumbing med gas oxygen extensions as well as supportive work including: selective demolition, interior partition selective demolition, patch and repair, painting finishes, and electrical system limited outlets.

Renovation of existing Endoscopy Reprocessing Room to include replacement of existing pass throughs and scope cabinets, new equipment and sinks, new casework and finish upgrades. Wall modifications to the existing reprocessing Room and adjacent procedure rooms will be required. Modifications to multiple adjacent rooms adjacent to the Lab will be required to enable the renovation of the main endoscopy lab. The project will be constructed in multiple phases with an emphasis on sequence of events closely coordinated with hospital operation.

OSU Main Campus: Work includes renovation to the Agriculture Administration Building and to Howlett Hall. Work within the Agriculture Admin Building can be characterized best as “office” and work within Howlett can be characterized as “lab”.
