BASE BID: This project will be the construction of a new airfield lighting vault adjacent to Runway 5-23 in the midfield of the airport. All existing airfield lighting infrastructure to be intercepted and routed to the new building. ADDITIVE ALTERNATES: Three (3) additive alternates will be the rehabilitation of Taxiway A lighting, rehabilitation of Runway 9R-27L lighting, and replacement of priority 1 guidance signs.

Scope of work to include the removal of existing pedestrian bridge spanning campus pond with preparation for a future bridge, stabilization of campus pond partial shoreline, and Library/Classroom Building masonry repairs including replacement of window and door sealants and masonry cleaning and sealing of building exterior masonry.
