OSU-250046 Evans Lab 1969 Addition Demolition
Complete demolition of north wing of Evans Lab, the 1969 (northern most) addition of the facility. The remaining site will become temporary green space.
Utilities serving adjacent wings will be maintained, including but not limited to natural gas, heating and domestic hot water, steam, domestic cold water, electric, fire alarm and ERRCS systems, and will be capped/terminated at appropriate locations to allow for re-use in subsequent project phases.
A metal panel wall enclosure and interior hollow metal doors will be added to the remaining facility.

Reconfiguration of existing offices and classrooms into a new classroom. Scope of work will include new partitions, new finishes, and adjustments to existing finishes. Removal of an existing connecting stair will require new structural steel framing and new concrete slab to close the existing opening. Existing sprinkler heads, fire alarm, mechanical devices, and electrical receptacles will be adjusted and modified to accommodate new uses.
