OSU-250046 Evans Lab 1969 Addition Demolition
Complete demolition of north wing of Evans Lab, the 1969 (northern most) addition of the facility. The remaining site will become temporary green space.
Utilities serving adjacent wings will be maintained, including but not limited to natural gas, heating and domestic hot water, steam, domestic cold water, electric, fire alarm and ERRCS systems, and will be capped/terminated at appropriate locations to allow for re-use in subsequent project phases.
A metal panel wall enclosure and interior hollow metal doors will be added to the remaining facility.

REBID - construction for storm sewer separation around Drinko Hall, Paterson Hall, Siebert Hall, Morrison Hall, Canfield Hall, Mack Hall, Oxley Hall, and Bradley Hall and on 11th Avenue between High Street and Neil Avenue. Streetscape improvements of 11th Avenue are included. The work will be done at the buildings and the immediate area around the buildings. Some roadway disruption is expected. The project will prevent flooding in the student areas around the dorms on 11th Avenue.
