OSU-230499 Tunnel Rehabilitation Phase I BP-3
The project consists of the removal and replacement of the South Neil tunnel roof, removal of abandoned utilities, and the inspection and patching of tunnels located underneath building footprints. The Project will also construct new steam and condensate and chilled water supply and return lines within the South Neil Tunnel. Direct buried chilled water lines will also be installed under this scope.
