The project includes concrete pavement replacement along the two Westernmost lanes of Carmack Road and asphalt pavement mill and overlay at intersecting drive aprons. Also included is the partial sidewalk removal and rebuild of curb ramp on the West side of Carmack Road.

The project includes removal and replacement of detectable warnings, concrete and bollards at Outpatient Dublin & Outpatient New Albany.

This project will renovate about 3,000 SF of existing space on the first floor of Newton Hall for Research Labs for the College of Nursing. Their current space is in the basement of the building so moving the Labs to the first floor will provide much more visibility. The required spaces will include a Flexible Laboratory, Tissue Culture Laboratory, Work Area, Freezer Rooms, Imaging Room, and Director’s Office.

The project consists of the construction of two walkways leading to the Wexner Center for the Arts building with buff wash concrete, from College Road South to the building. The area immediately adjacent to the building entrance will be upgraded with high-quality granite paver. All storm drains within the project area will be replaced with new ones to facilitate stormwater runoff.

The project is the renovation of an existing open office into enclosed office in the administrative suite. The area of construction is approximately 1,500 square feet. The work consists of the removal of flooring and ceiling grid and tiles and the associated fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems. The new work will consist of creating eight private offices and two general work areas. The new work will entail new partitions, doors and frames, ceilings, finishes in the new OSUWMC finish standards, and the associated mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems
