1. INTERIOR PROJECT TO CONVERT AN EXISTING COMMON SPACE AT THE LOWER LEVEL OF PRESSEY HALL INTO TWO NEW ANIMAL HOLDING ROOMS. 2. THE TWO NEW HOLDING ROOMS WILL BE SERVED BY AN EXPANDED HVAC SYSTEM, LOCAL FIRE-PROTECTION SYSTEM, AND ANIMAL WATERING SYSTEM. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS WILL BE MADE BACK TO EXISTING PANELS.

This project includes the renovation of two vacant laboratory rooms into space for a new molecular microbiology lab. Work includes but is not limited to demolition, access controls, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Technology and Fire Protection. This project will be constructed in multiple phases

This project involves the installation of HDPE culvert pipes and other stormwater structures on both ends of Runway 9/27.n

Ag Engineering Bldg, OSU Main Campus: The primary objective of this project is to replace and enhance the HVAC systems serving rooms 145, 156, 158, 164, and 166 at The Ohio State University Agricultural Engineering Building. The spaces are high bay instructional spaces that are currently without cooling. Cooling shall be added as part of this project utilizing the new campus chilled water brought to the building by ENGIE. The HVAC, electrical, plumbing and structural systems detailed within the plans shall be utilized.

A (2) Two Phased Renovation of approximately 5,750 SF for a new Employee Health and ID Processing Center located on the west end of the First Floor of 650 Ackerman Road Building. The improvements will include renovations and expansion to the North Entry Lobby X100L (existing area 761 SF plus the expansion to the west into Suite 116 to add an additional 260 SF) equating to a new 1,021 SF Lobby/Waiting Area to accommodate Suite 100, the remainder of Suite 116 will be utilized as a Staff Lounge equating to 260 SF, an ADA Restroom of 80 SF and a Janitor Closet of 28 SF. Suite 100 (area 4,235 SF) which will accommodate the following services: a Reception Area, (4) station counter for ID Processing, (5) Patient Exam Rooms, (2) Patient Toilet Rooms, (2) Testing Areas, Nurse Station, (5) Support Offices and 2 Storage Rooms (office supplies and medications).
