Improve crosswalks and traffic control devices for pedestrian safety at the OSU Wexner Medical Center and Health Science areas.

Removal of existing chiller, providing new automatic propylene glycol feeder, providing 40% propylene glycol solution to fill system, installation of University purchased packaged chiller and transformer, provide concrete equipment pads, louvered fencing, site restoration, 200 gallon buffer tank, extending chilled water piping through roof to new chiller location, providing electric and controls from second floor mechanical room to University purchased chiller and transformer location outside on grade.

Ag Engineering Bldg, OSU Main Campus: The primary objective of this project is to replace and enhance the HVAC systems serving rooms 145, 156, 158, 164, and 166 at The Ohio State University Agricultural Engineering Building. The spaces are high bay instructional spaces that are currently without cooling. Cooling shall be added as part of this project utilizing the new campus chilled water brought to the building by ENGIE. The HVAC, electrical, plumbing and structural systems detailed within the plans shall be utilized.

The planned scope of work includes rehabilitation of two bridges on The Ohio State University’s Main Campus: Woody Hayes over Olentangy River Road, Woody Hayes over Olentangy River. Maintenance level repairs generally including crack injection/sealing, deck sealing and repairs, and various concrete patching/repairs.
