Encrypted Bids will be accepted on the Bid Express site or separate sealed Proposals will be received at the Office of the Clerk, Ada Township, 7330 Thornapple River Drive SE, Ada, Michigan 49301, until 11 a.m., local time, on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be on the basis of unit prices as listed on the Bid Form, and may be submitted using the e bidding system or by buying the Bidding Documents as stated below and submitting the Bid Form. The approximate quantities of major items of work are as follows: 14,200 sft 6 Inch Concrete Sidewalk 1,100 sft 6 Inch Concrete Sidewalk Ramp 500 syd 6 Inch Concrete Driveway 2,100 ft Sidewalk Grading 2 ea Hydrant Relocations Valves, Hydrants, Fittings, Restoration, and all appurtenant work.
