Delaware County Regional Sewer District, East Alum Creek Interceptor Rehabilitation consists of cleaning, televising, and installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining in approximately 4,567 linear feet of 21-inch sanitary sewer. Bypass pumping and maintenance of traffic will be required to install the liner. The as-built plans for the sanitary sewers are included in the Construction Drawings in the Attachment List. The Engineer's Estimate is $1,477,000 and includes the base bid, contingency, and allowance items. The project will be awarded on the total bid amount, including the base bid, contingency, and allowance items. The Substantial Completion Date is 365 days from Notice to Proceed. Final Payment and Completion Date is 425 days from Notice to Proceed.
