The project includes full depth concrete pavement construction, drainage installation, credit card reader installation, grading, and pavement markings. The Airport Authority shall have the sole right and discretion to award a contract as deemed in the Authority’s best interest. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities as provided in Section 20-08 of the General Provisions. The engineer’s estimate for the base bid is $499,700. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. (Local Time) on Monday, April 14, 2025, at the Airport, 10-646 County Rd O, Napoleon, Ohio. Project scope of work and bid requirements will be reviewed. After the meeting, a tour of the work site will take place.

This project includes pavement rehabilitation, pavement repair, crack seal, painting, and airfield electrical items. Bids will be received by the Henry County Airport until 2:00 P.M. (Local Time) on MONDAY, MARCH 9, 2020. An informative Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted on-site beginning at 2:00 P.M. (Local Time) on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Henry County Airport Terminal Building at 10646 County Road O, Napoleon, Ohio, 43545. A brief field tour will follow the meeting.
