Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $723,925.00. The Project has an expected duration of 217 days.

Township of Fairhaven, Michigan - Lagoon Outlet Control Structure Replacement: Replacement of existing cast iron sluice gates with new stainless steel sluice gates and appurtenances including all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the project.

Village of Pinckney: Contract 1 - N Howell Street Reconstruction, Contract 2 - Cape Seal Various Streets, Contract 3 - 2022 Sidewalk Replacement, Contract 4 - Village Hall Parking Lot Reconstruction Contract 1 includes: Approximately 0.10 miles of road reconstruction including 400 ton HMA roadway, 520 ft concrete curb, 4,150 sft sidewalk, 440 ft sanitary sewer, and 285 ft 12-15 inch storm sewer.​​​​ Contract 2 includes: ​​​​Approximately 16,000 syd micro-surface and single Chip Seal. ​​​​ Contract 3 includes: ​​​​Approximately 3,000 sft of misc sidewalk construction. Contract 4 includes: ​​​​Approximately 1,500 syd of parking lot reconstruction including HMA parking lot, concrete curb, sidewalk, earth excavation, storm sewer, and pavement markings.

Village of Pigeon - N Frank Street Reconstruction and Hartley Street Chip Sealing including approximately 0.14 mi of N Frank reconstruction with 472 feet 12-24 inch storm 747 feet 6-8 inch watermain, 600 ton HMA, 1,450 feet conc curb and gutter, 350 sft sidewalk, 125 syd conc driveway, and 0.54 mi Hartley St 1.1 Lnmi overband crack Fill, 12,000 Syd chip seal and pavt marking. Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $592,832.50. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days.

Village of Fowlerville - N Benjamin St, Devonshire Rd, and Pinewood Dr Infrastructure Improvements ​including approximately 0.364 miles of road reconstruction including 1,250 ton of new HMA pavement, 3,300 feet of concrete curb and gutter, 15,000 sft of concrete sidewalk, 2,035 feet of 12-30 inch storm sewer, 2,122 feet of 10 inch sanitary sewer, 2,112 feet of 12 inch water main, pavement markings, and restoration. The Village of Fowlerville anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $2,500,000. The Project has an expected duration of 240 days.
