Savoy Mountain State Forest Campground Comfort Station Improvements 313 Central Shaft Road, Florida, MA 01247 This project scope is to replace the existing comfort Station of similar size with a new pre-designed, prefabricated comfort station, including a cast-in-place foundation system. The proposed building should have a sloped roof and have a minimum eight-foot ceiling height and shall be constructed of durable materials, preference is for cast concrete walls with a finish texture(s) compatible with a forest setting. The Contractor shall disconnect the existing comfort station and connect the new comfort station to existing site utilities. The applicable building, plumbing and electrical codes shall apply. The estimated project: $1,000,000 The work is to be accomplished within 240 calendar days of a notice to proceed.
