Arboricultural Services for DCR Parkways, Roadways, and other DCR Managed Properties The project consists of tree care such as pruning, maintenance and removal as needed along DCR properties and parkways as assigned. The estimated project cost is $ 6,500,000 The work is to be accomplished within 1095 calendar days of notice to proceed. Liquidated damages in the amount of 1000.00 per day will be assessed if the work has not been completed in accordance with the provisions of the contract within the time specified (as extended by any authorized extension of time granted in accordance with the contract provisions). Western MA Mountain Road Culvert Improvements Mount Greylock State Reservation & Pittsfield State Forest Berkshire County This project consists of the replacement of two existing culverts within Mount Greylock State Reservation and two within Pittsfield State Forest (four culvert replacements total) to improve drainage capacity and structural integrity. The upgrades will enhance resilience to increased stormwater flows from future rainfall events, reduce erosion and flooding risks, and alleviate existing safety hazards affecting access to both mountain road systems. The designs for both locations incorporate climate-resilient principles to ensure long-term durability and environmental stability within these critical areas. The estimated project cost is $ 4,700,000.00 The work is to be accomplished within 730 calendar days of notice to proceed.
