The Commerce Center Blvd Resurfacing Projects aims to improve the roadway from Dayton Yellow Springs Rd to Garland Ave. Work includes the following:
• Milling of old surface asphalt roadway.

• Installation of hot mix asphalt
• Installation of roadway striping
• Maintenance of traffic for duration of project
• Manhole and other various structure adjustments
The project completion is August 9, 2024.

Chapelgate Xenia Traffic Signal
The City of Fairbon will be installing a traffic signal at the intersection of Chapelgate Dr & E Xenia Dr. Work includes, but is not limited to:
• ODOT standard black signal supports with mast arms
o NOTE: The signal supports have been ordered by the City of Fairborn. This contract will entail installation of the supports only.
• New signal cabinet and controller with UPS battery backup
• LED vehicular signals with backplates
• Radar detection
• LED countdown pedestrian signals
• Audible pedestrian pushbuttons
• Temporary traffic signal installation to coincide with the opening of Sheetz Development
• ADA curb ramps and updated crosswalk markings

A mandatory Pre-bid Meeting is set for Tuesday, January 10, 2022 at 10:00am at the City of Fairborn Office located at 44 W. Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, OH 45324. If you wish to bid, please attend this meeting. If you attended the pre-bid meeting during the first solicitation, you do not need to attend this meeting to be eligible to bid. The Attendance sheet from the first pre-bid meeting is in the bid docs. The Completion Date for this project is set for July 31, 2023.
