Bid No. 25-07 - 2025 Maple Ave. Pavement Repairs Project
This project involves work on Maple Ave. south of Doris Drive. It will cover the northbound lane and a portion of the center lane, with a total width of approximately 17 feet and a total length of approximately 580 feet.
The following items will be included in the work:
• Removal of existing pavement and base to a depth of 15 inches
• Installation of new base and asphalt materials (see attached cross-section drawing), consisting of:
6” of 304 gravel
6” of 302 asphalt
1.75” of 448 Type 2 intermediate asphalt
1.25” of 448 Type 1 surface asphalt
• Installation of 6” sleeved underdrain and connection to catch basin. No. 57 aggregate installed around underdrain per attached detail.
• Installation of geogrid
• Subgrade compaction
• Proof roll (as needed)
• Excavation of subgrade (as needed)
• Maintenance of traffic (see attached traffic control plan map)
• Thermoplastic pavement markings

Yellow Spring Fairfield Improvements PID 101498
- Construct 10’ wide separated multi-use path on the south side of Yellow Springs Fairfield Road
- Widen the roadway at Black Lane for left turn lanes
- Construct new curb and gutter the length of the project and perform roadway grading for drainage
- Install new RRFB signals at all major intersections
- Resurface and restripe the entire roadway
