RIC-MAIN STREET MANSFIELD STREETSCAPE (PID 112404) - This project consists of a complete upgrade to Main Street and Park Avenue including replacing watermains, storm sewers, streetscape amenities, streetscape furnishings, decorative hardscape, sidewalks, curb ramps, curbs, signals, landscaping and lighting. The north and south plazas will be fully renovated including fountain reconstruction. New installations such as mid-block pedestrian crossings, seating and decorative walls/fencing, brick crosswalks, brick hardscape, traffic control devices, irrigation, fiber, wayfinding signage and two decorative arches is included in the project. Roadway resurfacing, pavement striping and intersection widening will also be performed.
