The Tri-Valley - San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority ("Authority") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call program management support services (Services). The work to be performed under this contract consists of the furnishing of all labor, insurance, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the requirements described in Section II Scope of Work. By submitting a proposal, Proposer represents that it has thoroughly examined and become familiar with the work required under this RFQ and that it is capable of performing quality work to achieve the Authority's objectives. The Authority, subject to Board of Directors' approval, intends to award a three-year base term, with up to two additional one-year options terms, for on-call Services to one successful proposer.

The Tri-Valley – San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority (Authority) is accepting proposals from qualified firms to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a hydrogen production and storage facility. The Authority is specifically pursuing this project as a public-private partnership to leverage the expertise from the private sector hydrogen production industry while also leveraging the value and geography of the property available for the project. This includes the Authority’s interest in revenue-sharing with the private sector partner, recognizing that the Authority is only seeking to contribute funds for the project through the coordinated securement of discretionary grants and future purchase of hydrogen as fuel for the operation of Valley Link trains.
