The project RIC-CR32-3.65 consists of a bridge replacement on Mock Road in Jefferson Township, Richland County, Ohio. ENCOURAGING DIVERSITY, GROWTH AND EQUITY (EDGE) REQUIREMENT. EDGE participation goals have been set on this project. The goal may be met if the Contractor is EDGE certified or by subcontracting to certified EDGE firms.
