The City of Grove City, through the City Administrator, will receive sealed bids for the State Route 104 (Jackson Pike) 12” Waterline Extension & Shared-use Path Improvements project via Bid Express, until 11:00 a.m. local time on Apr. 8, 2022 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Base Bid • The project consists of the installation of approximately 2,100 feet of 12-inch water main and associated appurtenances. Installation of the water main will require completion of a jack and bore of approximately 160 feet of a 24-inch steel casing pipe. In addition, the project includes construction of approximately 1,500 feet of asphalt shared-use path requiring substantial grading and embankment. A 95 foot-long long span prefabricated bridge structure is required to facilitate the connectivity of the shared-use path.
