This park was constructed in 2009-2010 and is being renovated to meet the 25th anniversary of 9-11 in 2026. **Notice: Addendum No. 2 was issued on 11/5/2024. ** **Notice: Addendum No. 1 was issued on 11/1/2024. ** The 2024 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Program (CIP S-33) (the “Project”) consists of a Base Bid for cleaning and televising 31,673 LF of sanitary sewer in the City of Hilliard, Ohio ranging from 8-inch to 15-inch diameter. These sewers are located in the residential neighborhoods of Brookfield Village and Hyde Park, and were constructed between 1986 and 1999. Sanitary sewers are located predominantly in rear yard easements, with some sewers located along public street right of way. Heavy cleaning may be required in approximately 20-percent of the sewers. Traffic control may be required to perform work in some areas. The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $207,900.00. No bid will be awarded if it exceeds the Engineer’s Estimate for the Base Bid by more than ten percent (10%). THE PROJECT WILL BE AWARDED BASED UPON THE BASE BID AMOUNT. CIP S-37 2024 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Lining Project
**Notice: Addendum No. 1 was issued on 11/1/2024. ** The 2024 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Lining Project (CIP S-37) consists of cleaning, televising, and CIPP lining of 8-inch and 10-inch sanitary sewer. The Base Bid includes approximately 933 linear feet of 8-inch sewer along Columbia Street and an alley in the Old Hilliard area of the City, as well as 1,571 linear feel of 10-inch sewer located along Norwich Street in Old Hilliard. The sewer in Alternate #1 includes approximately 381 linear feet of sewer located in Old Hilliard along Columbia Street. By-pass pumping will be required to install the liner. Traffic control will be required to maintain traffic, particularly along Norwich Street. The original as-built plans for the sanitary sewers to be lined in both the Base Bid and Alternate #1 are included as pages from plan P-0001 in the Construction Drawings in the Attachment List. The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $162,500. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer’s estimate on the Base Bid by more than ten percent (10%).
