Transportation Center Building Demolition: This project includes the complete building and foundation demolition and removal of the Transportation Center Building on the main campus of The University of Toledo. The building is approximately 20,784 square feet and consists of office space, support areas and a small basement. Existing utilities to the building are to be removed and capped and the site to be filled and seeded. The successful bidder will also be responsible for the asbestos/universal hazardous waste removal associated with this building. The demolition will also include sidewalk areas as well as courtyard asphalt. The area will be converted to green space after the demolition.

Ancient DNA Lab Renovations This project entails the conversion of an existing storage room into a three room clean lab environment supporting DNA research. Each room will require additive environmental controls as you proceed through the suite, and the DNA extraction process.
