Project Description: Linear Grading 3.810 miles of HIG CR 5-E and 5-F Road four foot wide on each side of the road. Then asphalt resurfacing HIG CR 5-E and 5-F with one inches bituminous asphalt intermediate course. Then place one inch of bituminous asphalt surface course and place ODOT Item 617 compacted aggregate. Finally place item 648 spray thermoplastic pavement markings on HIG CR 5-E and 5-F.

Highland Solar and New Market I & II Solar Farm Final Resurfacing
Project Description: Resurface various county and township roads within solar farm area with 1.25" bituminous asphalt concrete surface. Then place ODOT item 617 compacted aggregate for berm and then ODOT item 648 pavement markings for HIG CR 5-A New Market Road.
Project Location: Various County and Township Roads in Clay and Whiteoak Township.

HIG CR 5 New Market Road Reconstruction and Resurfacing
Project Description: Linear Grading 2.340 miles of HIG CR 5-B New Market Road four foot wide on each side of the road. Then asphalt resurfacing New Market Road Section B with two and half inches of bituminous asphalt and ODOT Item 648 spray applied thermoplastic striping. Following New market Road Section B, ODOT Item 253 pavement repairs would be made on New Market Road Section D. Then section D would be asphalt resurfaced with two and half inches of bituminous asphalt and ODOT Item 648 spray applied thermoplastic striping. A total of 4.350 miles of resurfacing.
