LEAD WATER SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT 7
This Project includes 1600 lead and/or galvanized water service lines to be replaced. The work will be located within the City of Newark primarily in the areas shown on the included maps. Other services may be assigned throughout the City as needed.
The City will provide the Contractor with approximately 200 signed work agreements, the Contractor will be responsible for obtaining approximately 1300 signed work agreements from property owners designated by the City. The remaining work agreements will be assigned by the City as needed for leaks throughout the city.

2023-17; Waterworks Road Bridge Repairs
Project includes the rehabilitation of the existing prestressed concrete I-Beam bridge on Waterworks Road over the North Fork Licking River. Work includes replacement of expansion joints, replacement of the abutment bearings, abutment patching, approach slab and bridge deck overlaying, sealing, and minor resurfacing work.

Lead Water Service Replacement Project 6
This Project includes 1000 lead and/or galvanized water service lines to be replaced. The work will be located within the City of Newark as detailed on the included address lists.
The City will provide the Contractor with approximately 160 signed work agreements, the Contractor will be responsible for obtaining approximately 800 signed work agreements from property owners designated by the City. The remaining 40 work agreements will be assigned by the City as needed for leaks throughout the city.

202225 : River Road Reddington Road Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project

This project consists of:
Part 1 - Approximately 1700 LF of sanitary sewer including 575 LF of 30" bored casing pipe up to 30' in depth. Also included are associated manholes, laterals and asphalt pavement repair.
Alternate 1 (Part 2) - Approximately 1900 LF of sanitary sewer including 160 LF of 30" bored casing pipe up to 30' in depth and 600 LF of storm sewer. Also included are associated manholes, laterals and asphalt pavement repair and decommissioning of existing pump station.
Engineer's estimate of probable cost is:
Part 1 - $2,081,319.00
Part 2 - $1,742,868.00
