The proposed work is to be constructed in Two Phases. Phase One Substantial Completion deadline is July 15, 2022. Phase Two Substantial Completion is December 31, 2022. Phase One consists of the construction of approximately 467 feet of 15”and 326 feet of 12” Premium Joint Conduit, 6" Risers and Service Connections, Manholes, connection to existing sewers, and all other necessary appurtenances. Phase Two consists of the construction of approximately 1,207 feet of 18", 2136 feet of 15”and 30 feet of 12” Premium Joint Conduit, 6" Risers and Service Connections, Manholes, 110 feet of 30” Steel Encasement (bored and jacked in place), Pump Station Elimination, connection to existing sewers, and all other necessary appurtenances.
