This project is a complete construction of the new Camp Perry Readiness Center, a 44,000-sf single story building-52,000-sf single story with alternates. Brook Park Renovations, Cleveland Brook Park Armory, 6225 Engle Road, Brook Park, OH 44142. Renovation of existing Brook Park Armory originally constructed 1957, to address exterior masonry deficiencies, waterproof foundations to limited area, remediate site elements noted, renovate interior areas as indicated with new construction and finish materials, modify Mechanical Plumbing Electrical and Technology, install new Fire Alarm and Smoke Detection system, abate Hazardous Materials. Owner occupancy is required during renovation – Contractor shall schedule work activities to accommodate Owner.

Medina Electrical Upgrade located at the Medina Armory, Medina, Ohio 44256. This project consists of a complete facility electrical upgrade.

ADJ-220020 3rd Re-Bid Rickenbacker Sanitary Sewer Assessment: The Contractor is responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating the Subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents.The assessment found that the majority of the sewer was in need of structural repair (remedied by cure in place pipe) while a smaller portion needed to be replaced entirely. Each manhole will also be repaired. The work is needed to repair the structural defects in the sanitary sewer line to prevent the need for entire sewer line replacement. The sewer line serves the majority of the Ohio Army National Guard base and associated buildings. The work will take place from the southernmost manhole on Tuskegee Airmen Road and run south to the last manhole on South Access Road on the Army National Guard portion of the base. The project scope includes initial demolition of building equipment and fixtures, full removal and disposal of the aged sanitary sewer system lining, full base-wide lining replacement and final fill and earthworks to the underground sanitary sewer lining at the Rickenbacker Army National Guard base in Columbus, Ohio.
