The Macomb County Department of Roads (MCDR) is seeking qualifications from consultants interested in providing administration, engineering, traffic, right of way and related support services on an as-needed basis. This request for qualifications (RFQ) will result in a list of consultants to provide administration and planning, engineering, traffic, right of way and related support services in the activities for which they are qualified on an as-needed basis.

This project includes debris, gravel, silt, soil, tree, vegetation and invasive species removal along the roadside ditch and culvert replacement(s) if necessary in multiple locations throughout Macomb County.

Powell Road Paving - 30.5 Mile Road to 32 Mile Road in Washington Twp. Project involves paving existing gravel road on Powell Road and constructing right turn lane on 32 Mile Road and includes tree removal and clearing, Station Grading, aggregate base, aggregate shoulders, HMA pavement, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements, removal and replacement of culvert at the Tributary to East Pond Creek and pavement markings.

The project includes construction of a Timber Salt Storage Facility and associated site work including grading, drainage, aggregate base, HMA paving and electrical work in Shelby Township, Macomb County. This is a Macomb County Department of Roads project.
