The Jefferson County Commission Department of Roads & Transportation is pleased to announce that all bidding processes for Roads & Transportation advertised projects have transitioned to the Bid Express service as of December 1, 2021.  This Jefferson County Department of Roads & Transportation home page is where interested venders/contractors can view upcoming solicitations, closed solicitations, and standard documents.  Bids will only be received by the Roads and Transportation Department through the Bid Express service.  No hard copies of bids will be accepted.  As a vender, you must register with Bid Express to review each solicitation you intend to bid on electronically.
