Pricing Procurement: Sludge Screw Conveyor System
The City of Aurora dewaters aerobically digested sludge to 12% Total Solids with a 1.5 Meter Belt Filter press. Dewatered sludge cake is dropped into a chute at the end of the dewatering press and conveyed ten vertical feet to the top of a truck with a load off container. The Owner wishes to eliminate the need for conveying sludge to the Sludge Storage Building via a truck.
