2024-27 Resurfacing City Streets
The City of Charleston is seeking bids for the resurfacing of various city streets for an estimated total of 163,000 Square Yards of Milling, 15,200 Tons of HLBC Wearing Course and 500 Tons of HLBC Base Course material. The work shall consist of the Vendor furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the satisfactory completion of this project.
