The City of Charleston is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of composite decking and nailer boards on the floating dock system at Haddad River Front Park. This project involves removing existing Trex composite decking and southern yellow pine nailers from the steel truss frame docking system, properly disposing of removed materials, and installing new composite decking and composite nailer boards that meet or exceed the specifications. The details contained in the following specifications and drawings are not designed to exclude any manufacturer from bidding but are offered as a means of describing the needs of the City of Charleston.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting for the purpose of discussing and clarifying details, specifications and time-frame will be held at Haddad River Front Park.
