The replacement bridge will provide a larger hydraulic opening to pass the design flood flow and a wider deck width.

Work included under this design-build contract consists of complete design, permitting and construction new waterline infrastructure. The waterline facilities include complete installation of approximately 7,225 LF 4” Fusible PVC C-900 waterline, 8,845 LF 6” Fusible PVC C-900 waterline, 6,510 LF 2” HDPE waterline, 1,175 LF water lateral construction (1” and 1-1/2”), 54 water valves and valve boxes, air release valves and manholes, 4-yard hydrants and other miscellaneous appurtenances. The waterlines will be installed by either Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) or open trench methods. Work shall also include inspection of four (4) water storage tanks, erosion and sediment controls and site restoration.
