The proposed replacement structures are each 15’-0” precast reinforced concrete rigid frames and wingwalls, installed on precast strip footings.

This project will replace a 36” diameter corrugated metal pipe culvert on Wolfs Rocks Road. The existing structure is undersized, misaligned with the stream channel, and overtops the roadway during large storm events. The proposed replacement structure is a 7’-0” precast reinforced concrete box culvert and end sections; and will reuse cut stone from the adjacent historic stone-lined channel to apply a veneer to the exposed concrete faces of the end sections.
