The existing water system is designated as a Transient Noncommunity Water system. The project includes the installation of one (1) potable water groundwater well, development and construction of the well, and design and construction of all appurtenances such as the submersible pump system, drop piping, pitless adapter, and sanitary seal well cap. The project will require potable water system connections to the Jennings Environmental Education Center and Maintenance Building using open trench and horizontal directional drilling methods. The water system shall include all necessary treatment, as required by PADEP. The project will also include proper abandonment of the existing groundwater well.
