General Construction Sewage Line Rehabilitation Moraine State Park, Muddy Creek, Franklin, and Worth Townships Butler County, Pennsylvania This project shall generally include design, permitting, and construction of various sanitary sewer improvements including replacement and abandonment of select gravity sewer pipes and manholes to reduce inflow and infiltration, replacement of Pump Station Nos. 1 and 4 with new duplex submersible systems, replacement of Pump Station No. 2 with new duplex two-stage suction lift system, replacement of four sanitary sewer force mains, and associated electrical, structural, and HVAC improvements. Pipe replacement shall be completed through open trench and trenchless (pipe bursting and horizontal directional drilling) methods. Electrical Construction Construct Full-Service Campsites Chapman State Park Pleasant Township, Warren County. Project Description 1. Coordination with, and payment of, Electric Utility service fees. 2. Installation of PVC conduit for primary and secondary electrical services in trenches excavated and backfilled by others, including polymer concrete inground junction boxes. 3. Installation of new Utility transformer base. 4. Installation of RV electrical pedestals. 5. Construction of one (1) electrical kiosk including excavation, foundations, structural supports, roof system, exterior coatings, meter base, distribution panelboard, service grounding and convenience lighting/GFI receptacle. 6. Installation of secondary, feeder, branch and grounding conductors as indicated. 7. Electrical appurtenances as specified herein and as indicated on the Contract Drawings, including installation of the booster skid and water treatment control panels. 8. Upgrades to existing Water Treatment Building electrical service from upgraded Utility transformer, including underground conduit, conductors, manual transfer switch, meter base and final connections. 9. Rehabilitate Park Roads Sizerville State Park Portage Township, Cameron County, Pennsylvania Portage Township, Potter County, Pennsylvania Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, and miscellaneous items, and performing all work necessary to complete all construction to the satisfaction of and subject to the approval of, the Department. This contract consists of the following work: a. Traffic control throughout the work area. b. Pavement base repairs in all paved areas of the park at locations as directed by the Department’s representative. Pavement base repairs will include full depth milling and removal of all existing bituminous pavement courses and furnishing, spreading, and compacting 25 mm Asphalt Base Course, PG 64-22 to match or exceed the existing base course depth with a 3-inch minimum depth. Pavement base repairs may be performed on a limited basis for small areas by neatly sawcutting and excavating. Pavement base repair areas may also include the removal of any existing subgrade material and replacement with compacted No. 2A coarse aggregate subbase at a depth of 4-inches. At locations where no further pavement overlay will be placed, base repair areas shall be finished with a 1.5-inch minimum compacted depth course of 9.5 mm Asphalt Wearing Course, PG 64-22 to match the existing grade of the adjacent pavement. c. Furnishing, spreading, and compacting a 1.5-inch minimum depth overlay of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course, PG 64-22. d. Furnishing, spreading, and compacting shoulder material along both edges of roadways in areas with new pavement overlay.
