Scenic View Water System Rehabilitation Laurel Hill State Park Middlecreek Township Somerset County, Pennsylvania Work included under this contract consists of the complete design, permitting and construction of a potable water system located at the Laurel Hill State Park Penn Scenic View. This project proposes to install a new groundwater well source, meeting the requirements of PADEP Bureau of Safe Drinking Water and Pennsylvania Chapter 109. The project includes the installation of one (1) potable water groundwater well, development and construction of the well, and design and construction of all appurtenances such as the submersible pump system, drop piping, pitless adapter, and sanitary seal well cap. The project will require six (6) potable water system connections using open trench and horizontal directional drilling methods. The water system shall include all necessary treatment, as required by PADEP. The project will include the assembly of a water storage tank and associated telemetry.
