Ashley - Phase 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements
Improvements in and around the existing Wastewater Treatment plant including filter building selective demolition and roof replacement to facilitate installation of two (2) new disc filter equipment, supporting SCADA work. Lift Station #1 replacement of pumps, piping, valves and associated electrical work. Grading and site work including access drive updates.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting - Tuesday, July 29, 2025 @ 1:30 pm, at the Village of Ashley municipal offices located at 3 N. Harrison Street, Ashley, OH 43003. There will be a tour of the plant following.
Engineer's estimate - $3,500,00.00
Completion Dates - 550 Calendar days (18 months)
DBE requirements - 5.4%

1930's Waterline, Phase 2
Installation of 9600 ft of 8 inch and 300 ft of 12-inch PVC and DI water main from the South Water Tower along Steamtown Road, Ashley Road, South Street, and Harrison Street to the North Water Tower. Project includes pavement repairs, water services, and restoration.
Engineer's estimate = $2,691,855.00
Completion Dates = 270 Calendar Days
Funding sources = State of Ohio OPWC Grants and Loans
