The Village of Plain City is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the update of a Comprehensive Plan and Land Use Plan. This plan will serve as a strategic guide for the community’s growth and development over the next 10 years. The selected consultant will work closely with Village staff and officials, stakeholders, and the public to create a visionary, practical, and inclusive plan.

PC-24-001
This project consists of the development of the Public Square gathering space in Uptown Plain City. The project will include sidewalk installation, construction of a concrete and brick patio, and site grading. Street lights, site power, landscaping, and a storm sewer will also be installed. Water and sewer services to the site are included as add-alternate items of work.
Project will be bid and administered using item numbers from the City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications.
Engineer's Estimate:
Base Bid: $360,000
Add-Alternates (Total): $23,000

Downtown Streetscape Phase 3
The Project includes the following Work:
Reconstruction of sidewalks located southeast of the intersection of Main & Chillicothe (clock tower building). Includes asphalt repair, striping, curb and sidewalk replacement, ADA curb ramps, new lighting, and landscape.
Owner anticipates that the Project’s base bid price will be approximately $282,000. Alternate 1, $104,000. The Project has an expected duration of 50 working days, to be substantially complete prior to May, 31, 2024.
