Physical Education Building - Lobby Renovation and Fireproofing Upgrade: o Removal and replacement of the existing Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) structural steel fireproofing. o Full renovation of the main lobby, including replacement of the ceiling, lighting, and other general upgrades to modernize the space. o Services will include ACM testing, ACM abatement specifications for bidding, and onsite oversight services during abatement, along with disposal and monitoring records. 2. Theater Arts Building - Fire Alarm System Replacement: o Complete replacement of the outdated fire alarm system with a new, state-of-the-art system that integrates with the CSU Fire Alarm Network. o The new system will be connected to the CSU PD Dispatch Center for continuous monitoring and will be incorporated into the CSU Voice Emergency Notification System (VENS), enabling building-wide emergency announcements.
