2026-001C Germantown Dam: Auxiliary Spillway Rehabilitation
Germantown Dam's auxiliary spillway is a trapezoidal open channel with concrete lined side slopes and primary and secondary
concrete weirs acting as grade control structures. The two weirs are currently covered by soil and situated near the Conservancy Road bridge, which crosses the auxiliary spillway.
The project will include mobilization, demolition of existing concrete revetment (side slopes) and foundations, demolition of existing concrete grade control weirs, construction of new concrete revetments (side slopes), construction of new grade control weirs, installation of underdrain, minor regrading of auxiliary spillway, restoration of the site, and demobilization.

2025-005C Germantown Dam: Concrete Conduit Right Floor Repair
The Germantown Dam is located near the City of Germantown in Montgomery County, OH on the Twin Creek. The dam's primary spillway has two conduits. The original floor of the right conduit is experiencing wear. This project is aimed to repair this wearing by means of demolition of the existing floor to the specified dimensions and limits, surface preparation including anchor and reinforcement placement, and placement of new, high strength concrete. The project will require the design, installation, and maintenance of a coffering system.
