No. 650790-113180 the work for which consists of approximately 2349 feet of storm and sanitary sewer, 868 feet of CIPP lining of 36”/48” brick sewer, 827 feet of new 6”/8” water main, 1 new CSO structure and 984 square yards of permeable paver parking lane, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).

The City of Columbus is accepting bids for Dublin Road Water Plant – Laboratory Upgrades, C.I.P. No. 690523‐100000 the work for which consists of demolition of existing laboratory fixtures and furnishings, installation of a temporary laboratory, relocation of the laboratory staff, renovation of the existing laboratory space, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Bids will only be received electronically by the City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities via Bid Express (www.bidexpress.com). Bids are due May 17, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. local time. Bids will be opened electronically and responding bids will immediately be posted to Bid Express as “Apparent Bids.” The responding bids will be further reviewed before any contract award is made. No public bid openings will be held pursuant to Columbus City Code Chapter 329.18. Questions pertaining to the drawings and specifications must be submitted electronically to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov and will be accepted through May 8, 2023. Any questions regarding the bidding process may also be sent to the above email. No phone calls will be accepted. Both the City MBE/WBE goal and the U.S. EPA goals are required to be met and the associated forms for both City and U.S. EPA goals must be completed and submitted with the bid. If the U.S. EPA DBE goals or the City MBE/WBE goal cannot be met, the specifications require the demonstration and documentation of a good faith effort using the appropriate forms for both provided in the IFB. Please note that if there is not a City MBE/WBE goal associated with the project the U.S. EPA DBE goals are still required to be met.
